Whether you are in need of a quick sushi fix or to dine under the everlasting cherry blossom, we've got you covered. 

ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
- We wholeheartedly believe in responsible and sustainable fishing practices. We are adding or replacing our ingredients with “Ocean Wise” certified products and locally sourced ingredients to reduce our carbon foot print.
- Around 20 million disposable chopsticks are cut each year from 20 million, 20 year-old trees. because of this crazy fact, we go to great lengths to ensure to recycle our chopsticks in-house.
- To reduce plastic waste, we have replaced most of take out containers into paper/straw based products. Also, we’ve replaced to go spoons, forks, and straws with those with biodegradable, eco-friendly materials.
- Our restaurant is committed to using 10% of our annual gas allocated to use Renewable Natural Gas (RNG). Renewable Natural Gas is a locally produced, carbon-neutral energy source. Over time, we commit to replacing our gas allocation to 20%.
